Bring hope to the Middle East
Christians in Syria, Iraq and other parts of the Middle East are facing the dangers of war and the threat of attack by Islamic extremists. Many courageous Christians are choosing to stay to serve their communities – but they need the long-term support of their global church family to keep going, and rebuild hope for the future.
Our partners in Syria and Iraq are supporting tens of thousands of families every month with vital aid such as food and medicines simply to help them survive, as well as through long-term projects such as trauma care and micro-loans. But none of this would be possible without the prayers and generous support of people like you.
- Every £25 (€29) could go towards rebuilding homes or restoring livelihoods in Iraq and Syria.
- Every £45 (€52) provides training to a church leader – living stones, building the church of Christ in the Middle East.
- Every £69 (€80) can provide half a day's trauma training in a safe location for a church leader, volunteer or relief worker from Syria.
It costs between £1,000 and £4,000 to set up a family in sustainable employment or to repair their home. For example, £60 could pay for a water tank on a bomb damaged roof.
*Any excess funds will help to strengthen persecuted Christians where the need is greatest.
